Description
The IB Visual Arts SL1 course is the foundational first year of the two-year Standard Level program.The first year is dedicated to building the essential skills and processes that will lead to the final assessments in SL2. It introduces students to the three core areas of study: Create, Connect, and Communicate. Through a process of inquiry, experimentation, and critical investigation, students are encouraged to challenge their own creative boundaries and develop the analytical and technical skills necessary for advanced art-making.
