Description
This class offers an advanced look into the world of 3D visual art, building upon the foundation of technical skill established in the 1 & 2 levels. We will work with a variety of sculptural materials, developing abilities in critical thinking and the process of developing and creating projects based around themes. Students will also explore art history, complete artist research, take part in critiques, complete artist statements, and practice necessary vocabulary to support their art making. This class will help prepare students for 3D Art 4, where students can complete a senior project.
